Agnes Ilene Toler

Agnes Ilene Toler, 97, of Bald Knob, WV, went home to be with Jesus on December 5, 2024 at Boone Memorial Hospital in Madison, WV.

She was born on October 14, 1927 to James and Faye Jarrell. She was the oldest and a lifetime member of Bald Knob Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents James (Minnis) and Faye Jarrell; husband Bud H. Toler; sons James and Gregory Toler; grandsons P. Jacobs and Craig Toler; brothers Edwin Jarrell, Pat Jarrell, and James Jarrell; sisters Neil Blankenship, Ruth King, Mabel Stafford, Frances Perry, Helen Hilton, and Verna Ferrell.

Agnes is survived by her children Sharon Lee (Bob Hunter), Timmy Toler (Sue), Ann Browning (Randy), Sarah Knapp, and Sheila Bell (James). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; her special friends Richard and Kay Browning.

Services for Agnes will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service.
