Alice Ann McKinney, 71, of Orgas, WV passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013.
She was born September 10, 1942 and was a daughter of the late Marvin and Virgie McClanahan Vance. She was also preceded in death by four of her brothers and sisters, Lonnie Vance, Juanita Vance, Ollan Vance and Dallas McKinney.
She is survived by her husband and best friend, James Arthur McKinney; children, Donetta McKinney Cooper, Delmus McKinney, Larry McKinney, Robin Mckinney Clemens, Nancy McKinney Clemens, Amanda McKinney and James Mitchell McKinney; 14 grandchildren, Ranee, Christopher, Laraya, Annie, BreAnna, Namand, Harley, Juanita, Ruby, Tyler, Kolby, Makaya, Christopher and Clayton; brothers and sisters, Bobby Vance, Robert McClanahan, Tiny Dawson, Mattie Murphy, Betty Davis, Jessie Foster, Nancy Hawkins, Alberta Williams, Etta Atkins, Jimmy McKinney and Jackie McKinney.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
