Alma Jean Ballard Wilkins, 75, of Madison, WV passed away April 4, 2013 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Opie and Gertrude Wills Bias; daughters, Sharon Ballard Randall and Drema Sue Ballard; sons, John Ballard and Patrick Ballard; and brothers, Rodney and Ricci Bias.
She is survived by a daughter, Deneaise (Victor) Gore of Madison; sons, Ross (Cindy) Ballard of Martinsburg, WV, Michael (Lora) Ballard of Washington Heights, Paul (Donna) of Sissonville, WV, Perry (Tricia) Ballard of Martinsburg, WV and Adrian (Debbie) Ballard of Miami, FL.; and a daughter, Alicia Roth of Mechanicsburg, OH; 17 grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Ball of Danville, Deloris Murray of West Logan, Opal (James) Carroll of Chesapeake, WV, Hazel (Herbie) Browning of Blair, Joellen (Jim) White of Atlanta, GA, and Ramona (Jim) Chambers of Pecks Mill, WV; a brother, Rex (Christa) Bias of Sharples; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at noon on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Ballard Cemetery, Washington Heights with John Harden and the Rev. Tom Bias officiating.
Arrangements are by Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV.
