She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Arthur Johnson.
She was a homemaker and a 1996 graduate of Sherman High School.
She is survived by her husband, Eric Steven Hayes; sons, Chandler Steven , Ethan Charles and Morgan Eric all at home; parents, Basil and Carol Barker of Nellis; brothers, Chris (Natalie) Adkins of Hernshaw, Robert (Kristina) Adkins of New Iberia, LA and Kevin (Essica) Barker of Foster; maternal grandmother, Majorie Johnson of Danville; father and mother-in-law, Steven and Brenda Hayes of Camp Creek; sister-in-law, Tressie Hayes of Camp Creek; and extended family and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 at Barker Cemetery, Ashford.
