Anna Mae Price Green

Anna Mae Price Green, 91, of Quinland, WV gained her heavenly home on Sunday, March 19, 2023 and is singing with all her brothers and sisters in her eternal home .

She loved going to church and seeing all her church family.  She loved everyone and always insisted on a hug.  She would say “Now I’m a hugger” and she definitely was. 

She was born December 18, 1931 to Carlos and Zella Price who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Warren Green;  four brothers, Harold, Charles, Robert and Jimmy; and two sisters, Emma and Gloria.

Left to cherish the memories of this sweet and wonderful angel are her children, Michael, Diana (Roger), Douglas (Betty), Joey (Robin), Ramona, and Marshall (Crystal); and one sweet sister, Shirley.

She was greatly loved by her 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; along a with numerous amount of church family and friends.

Service will be 3 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Timmy Bailey officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison, WV.

Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
