Arthur "Cookie" Cook

Arthur "Cookie" Cook, 83, of Logan, WV formerly of Madison, WV passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, WV.
He was born February 2, 1935 to the late Palmer and Mona Cook. For the past 16 years he lived at Trinity Nursing Home, Logan, WV.
He is survived by his sister, Lorraine Cook Butcher of Chapmanville, WV; nephew, Thomas and Teresa Butcher of Hewett, WV; and great nephews, Chris and Chad Butcher. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at Boone Memorial Park, Madison with Harold Ray Ball officiating.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home in Danville.
