Beatrice Kaye Mulligan, 69, of Madison died July 12, 2017 at Hubbard Hospice House West. She was born November 26, 1947 to the late Ronald and Estelle Miller Ballard.
Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband William D. Mulligan and siblings Jackie Miller, Donna Bandy, and Kathleen Ballard.
She is survived by her sons and their wives: William Ansel (Rebecca) Mulligan of Goldsboro, NC; Russell Jaye (Regina) Mulligan of Highland, IN; Ronald John (Jennifer) Mulligan, Sr, of Lowell, IN; siblings: Keith Ballard; Pam Nelson; Flossie Sanders; Judy Miller; Betty Clausan; and Pauline Smith; grandchildren: Ronald, Jr.; Nikoles; Catlyn; Emma; Abbigail; Joshua; and Jack.
Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Handley Funeral Home Danville. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park Danville. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
