Bessie Mae Holstein

Bessie Mae Holstein, 69, of Foster, WV formerly of Camp Creek passed away Monday, January 16, 2017. She was born March 2, 1947 and was a daughter of the late Robert Richard and Ethal Gertrude Halstead Atkins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Danny Ray Holstein; and sister, Virginia Atkins.

She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son, Danny Ray Holstein Jr. of Camp Creek; daughter, Rosa Holstein of Foster; brothers, Rickie Wayne Atkins of Camp Creek and Robert Bingley Atkins of New Washington, Indiana; grandchildren, Amber and Matt Adkins, Gracie and Bobby Masters, Cory Ray Holstein and Bradford Jay Holstein; and great-grandchildren, Danni Lynn, Gabe, Cory, Harlee, Lauren and Charley.

Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, January 20 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Garry Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in Dolin Cemetery, Camp Creek.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
