Beverly Ann Weaver Baisden, 70, of Low Gap went to be with the Lord on March 16, 2018.
She was the daughter of the late Clarence Lewis Weaver and Juanita Mae Weaver of Madison, WV. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence, and her great-grandson, Jonathan Cole Hager.
Beverly graduated from Scott High School in 1965 and worked as a Special Education teacher’s aide for several years. Her greatest love was the Lord Jesus Christ and she was a member of the Church of God in the Name of Christ Jesus, Trace Fork WV.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her and remembered for her zest for life, her laughter, her love of family, her compassion, and her zeal to spread the love of the Lord Jesus Christ. She loved camping, fishing and many other activities. She was an avid volunteer at her church, spreading the gospel to all she met and loved and cherished her church family greatly.
She is survived by her children, Renita Bryant of Madison and Scottie Baisden (Michelle) of Low Gap; grandchildren, Katy Hager (Jon) of Low Gap, Daniel Bryant of Haddleton, WV, Caleb, Bria, and Caden Baisden of Low Gap; great grandchildren, Jaxon Hager of Haddleton and Donavan and Dawson Hager of Low Gap; mother, Juanita Weaver of Madison; sisters, Claressa (Henry) Moore of Washington Heights, WV and Robin (Walter) Burns of Quinland; fiancé, Max Stollings, Sr. of Ottawa, WV; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Church of God in the Name of Christ Jesus, Trace Fork WV with Damon Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
