Billy Richard Browning, 85, of Uneeda, WV passed away March 12, 2022. He was born January 29, 1937, a son of the late Sybert and Jessie Boggs Browning.
He was a retired Federal Coal Mine Inspector and was a US Army veteran.
He is survived by his son, Bryan Browning of Uneeda. Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 16 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park on Indian Grave Road, Danville, WV.
