Bobby Smith Sr., 75, of Van, WV formerly of Uneeda left his earthly home for his heavenly home to be with his Lord Christ and Savior and his beloved son Anthony Wane “Toney” Smith on July 28, 2019.
He was born February 2, 1944 at Pineville, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Edna Marie Warren Smith. Also preceding him in death were brothers, David, Doug and Randall Smith.
Survivors are his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia Ann Smith; beloved sons, Bobby Smith Jr., Charles Lee Smith and Michael Dean Smith; grandchildren, Nicholas Robert Smith, Christopher Douglas Smith, Kevin Tyler Smith, Bobby Andrew Smith, Michael Rodney Smith, Jaylynn Elisabeth Smith and Mason Isaiah Smith; two great-granddaughters; brothers, Donald Smith and Clarence Smith Jr.; sisters, Gerldene Stewart, Brenda Cox and Marlene Jones; and a host of family and friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with the Rev. James Cordale Allred officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
