Bobby Joe White Sr.

Bobby Joe White Sr., 78, of Gordon, WV, passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024.

Bobby was the son of the late Tom and Opal White of Gordon, WV. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Charlie and Johnny White; and sister Sue Cleary. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Donna Sue White of Gordon, WV; children, Michael Wayne White of Gordon, WV, Tina Sue (Dale) Boggess of Oceana, WV, Bobby “Tole” (Leah) White of Madison, WV, Michael Alan White of Gordon, WV and Matthew Wayne White of Van, WV. Bobby also leaves behind three brothers, Lonnie, Tom “Jr.” and Paul White; three sisters, Tillie White, Mary Hopkins, and Rose Wilson; grandchildren, Lisa Abbott, Michelle Adkins, Meagan Hall, Remi White, Chassidy Engel, A.J. Engel and Samantha White; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of in-laws, neices, nephews, and friends.

Service for Bobby will be 1 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025 at Jarrells Valley Community Church, Robinson, WV: 110 Rainbow Circle Dr., Madison, WV 25130. Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV is assisting the family.
