Caleb James Fairchild 15 of Chapmanville, WV passed away March 20, 2016.
He was a student at Chapmanville Middle School and he was saved at Turkey Creek Freewill Baptist Church and attended Shining Light United Baptist Church. He was an organ donor with C.O.R.E and at this time has saved eight lives.
He is survived by his mother; Jammie and Michael Mullins of Chapmanville, father; Bobby and Jessica Fairchild of Paintsville, KY, brothers; Zachery Fairchild of Chapmanville and Xavier Fairchild of Paintsville, KY, sisters; Joslyn Fairchild and Chasity Mullins of Chapmanville, and Tori Fairchild of Paintsville, KY, grandparents; Larry and Shirley Mullins of Chapmanville, William and Carrie Pittl of Tip City, Ohio, Rena Vaughan of Prestonsburg, KY, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Shining Light United Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Dingess Cemetery, Pigeon Roast.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. Friday at the church.
The family would like to thank CAMC General Division Severe Trauma ICU.
