Charles Edward "Magoo" Burns, 66, of Twilight passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at his home.
He was born April 5, 1950 and was a son of the late Collie and Pauline Keeney Burns.
He was a retired coal miner.
He is survived by brother, Dennis Burns; and half brother, Larry Baisden.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday, December 19 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Steve Burns officiating. Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
