Chessie Hoover Eplin Schieb

Chessie Hoover Eplin Schieb passed from this life, into a life where there is no more separation, August 24, 2016.
She was the daughter of the late Russell D. Hoover and Cleo Grimmett Hoover of Nellis, WV.
She last worked for the State of WV in the finance department as a microfilm tech and Hecks of Kanawha City. She was a member of the Mahone Chapel Church, Ashford since 1959, where she held several offices, over a period of time, she had attended the church since March 1948.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Rasona Kay Eplin, first husband, Herbert H. Eplin,and second husband Russell A Schieb, brothers, Russell T. Hoover, William (Bill) Herbert Hoover, a niece Sandra Kay Barker, Nephews, William Hebert Hoover, Jr. Travis Sutphin, and Dennie Perdue, sisters in law, Doris Jean Hoover, Helen Hoover, Betty Hoover and Margaret Hoover.
She is survived by one brother, Hershel H. Hoover of Ashford, WV ; newphews, Danny Ray Hoover, Russell D. Hoover, Roger Dean Hoover; nieces, Kitty Villarasa, Clara A Huffman, Carol Lea Perdue, stepdaughter, Carol Lea (Rudy) Anderson of Delaware, step granddaughters, Kimberly and Christine.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016 Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Richard Justice officiating. Burial will follow in Boone Memorial Park, Madison.
