Clarence Roger Cyfers

Clarence Roger Cyfers, 67 of Ranger, WV passed away peacefully on Saturday April 25, 2015 at Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Hamlin, WV. He was born November 20, 1947 in Ranger, WV a son of the late Rev. William J. and Polly Osborne Cyfers; a brother of the late Rev. Terry L. Cyfers; and an infant brother Larry. He was a warehouse worker for Associated Grocery and a member of Ranger United Baptist Church for over 50 years.

He is survived by two sisters, Bonnie (Larry) Adkins of Ranger; Ruby Smith of Ranger; one brother, Rev. Darnell (Linda) Cyfers of Harts; one sister-in-law, Linda Sue Cyfers of Ranger; six nieces; two nephews; twelve great nieces and nephews; one great-great nephew; and a host of family and friends. The family would like to thank everyone at the Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care and support.

Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday April 29, 2015 at Ranger United Baptist Church, Ranger, WV with Rev. Earnest Neace and Rev. Ronnie Lambert officiating. Burial will follow at Sanders Cemetery, Ranger, WV. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at the church. McGhee-Handley Funeral Home West Hamlin, WV is in charge of arrangements.
