Clarence Brady Kimbler, age 60, of Harrisille, WV lost his battle with cancer on October 29, 2021 at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.
He was born April 2, 1961, a son of the late Brady and Jewell Kimbler Jr. and was also preceded in death by his sister Kathryn Craig, all of Harrisville, WV.
He is survived by his wife, Greta Kimbler; daughters, Angela Shoemaker, Emily Kimbler and Savannah Kimbler; grandchildren, Noah, Matthew, Jacob, Olivia, Raelynn, Presley, and Luka, all of Harrisville, WV; and sisters, Valaurie Ratcliff and Sue Ann Kimbler and a brother, Michael.
He was a carpenter/contractor by trade. He enjoyed trapping, hunting, fishing, raising rare breed of chickens and turkeys, gardening, and gaming. But most of all spending time with his family and grandchildren.
He was a member of WV Trappers Association, Ohio River Buddy Trail, Ohio River Challenge, WV Sportsmans Magazine Trail, and Blennerhassett Bass Anglers. He won numerous plaques and trophies while participating in fishing tournaments.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and our Greatest Hero who fought a long hard battle. He rests now in the loving arms of his Father Jesus.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Toby Duckich officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens on Low Gap Road, Madison, WV.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Due to Covid-19 please wear a mask at the visitation and services.
