Connie Dell Poveromo, 81, of Danville, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
She was born December 9, 1939 in Wharton, WV, a daughter of the late Harry and Hazel Ziegler. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Ziegler.
She is survived by one son, David Lockwood and his wife Rose of Ashford, WV; two daughters, Joi Dell Poveromo of Nellis, WV and Cindy Poveromo of Charleston, WV; two grandchildren, Caitlin Poveromo and Christian Poveromo; one sister, Pat Valdrighi of Richmond, VA; and nieces and nephews, Karen Burton, Richard Dickens, Derek Dickens and Renee Dickens.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 26 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Bill Cook officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
