David Wayne Pharr, 48, of Summerville, S.C., formerly of Charleston, W.Va., passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017, at home after a long illness.
He was a graduate of Charleston High School, class of 1986.
David was born June 23, 1968, to the late Louis I. Pharr and Freda
Pharr. He had been employed by Krogers Standard Distributing and
Mountaineer Distributing. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis I. Pharr.
David is survived by his wife of 18 years, Nicole, son, David Isaac,
daughter, Dolores Faye, all of Summerville, S.C.; mother, Freda Pharr,
brother, Louis, and sister, Jennifer Pharr, all of Charleston, W.Va.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24, at Handley
Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will be at Family Gardens in Low Gap.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at
the funeral home.
