David Ray Terry born on October 12, 1963 passed away peacefully on July 1, 2024 at the age of 60 after a lengthy illness. Loving husband of Terry E. Terry of Branchland, West Viriginia. Beloved father of Tammy R. Wuest (Chuck) of Parma, Ohio. Cherished Papa of Beatrice R. Wuest and Rebecca Farkas (Rob) of Parma, Ohio. Beloved son of Donovan E. Terry and Dorothy J. (Slone) Terry of Branchland, West Virginia. Loving brother to Edward Dale (Debbie) of Morristown, Tennessee. Timothy Alan Terry (deceased) and Ritchie Lee Terry of Branchland, West Virginia. Adored by his Grandparents Malcolm & Flossie Slone and Add & Audra Terry. Loved by many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Friends. He loved all of his fur-babies Dixie Lou, Lexie and Jasper. David was loved by many for his gentle, kind-spirit and humbleness. He was proud of his occupation as a Semi-Truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially on the Holidays. He enjoyed the outdoors hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He loved to play cards with his Buddies. His most cherished moments were spent with the love of his life, his wife Terry. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at McGhee-Hadley Funeral Home 6670 McClellan St. West Hamilin, West Virginia 25571 from 1:00-2:00pm with the funeral service at 2:00pm and Burial following at Monroe/Slone Cemetery on One Mile Rd. Dinner Reception will follow the burial at Branchland United Baptist Church 17 Sheridan Rd. Branchland, West Virginia 25506.
