Deborah Lynn Setser

Deborah Lynn Setser, 68, of Gordon WV, died on July 1st, 2024, at Thomas Hospice, South Charleston, WV from a battle against Cancer. She was born November 30th, 1955, in Madison WV to Lorena ''Patsy'' Hicks and Leonard Setser, of Gordon WV. She was an Underground Coal Miner for 22 years. Debbie had a way with people She could make just about anyone she met laugh. She was a very kindhearted person and would do anything she could for just about anyone she met. Debbie truly lived life to the fullest like going out to-eat to talking to friends and Family.

She is survived by her daughter Natalie Poe, grandkids Dustin Poe, Heather Lusk husband Thomas Lusk, great grandsons Matthew Lusk, Hunter Lusk, Robert Lusk, Levi Lusk; daughter Brittany Poe, great grandson Jonah Woodie; brother Jimmy Hicks, nephew Dylan Hicks, Timmy Hicks wife Angel Hicks, nieces Payton Hicks, Holly Hicks, great niece Tilly Hicks; sister Lori Frankin, nephew Chris Franklin, great nephews, Micheal Cochran, Dwayne Cochran, Kaden Graef, great nieces Abby Franklin, Zoey Franklin, Nephew David Franklin wife Alissa Franklin, great niece Aleiyah Franklin, great nephew Brantley Frankin; Sister Joann Jarrell, nephews Matthew Cook, Curtis White, great niece Braylee, sister Carolyn Cook, niece Kymberly Brigman, nephew Chad Jarrell, great nephew Memphis, deceased sister Rebecca Ball survived husband Rayball, nephews Jason Davis and Justin Davis, deceased sister Tereas Loftis husband deceased Kenny Loftis.

Graveside services will be held on Monday July 8, 2024, at 11:00 am at Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown, WV. Handley Funeral Home in Danville is assisting the family.
