Debra Lynn Chapman

Debra Lynn Chapman, 61, of Peytona, WV, passed away February 15, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mollie Easter Chapman; granddaughter Autumn Barker; parents Joseph and Vivian Chapman; and grandparents George and Easter Chapman and Oscar and Glenna Ferrell.

Debra is survived by her husband Leonard Cox; daughters Cassie Cox (Steven) and Jessica Cox; grandchildren Joe (Lexie), Jaycey, Megan, Maddox, and Emily; great-grandchildren Madlyn and Colsen; brothers Scott (Myna), Paul (Sharon), and Mark (Brenda); sister Jodi (Matt); beloved special nieces Vivian, Willow, and Bella; and her beloved Peanut. Debra is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. 

Services for Debra will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Stevie Cox and Matt Carter officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow in Harless Cemetery in Drawdy, WV.
