Deloris Ann Sanders, 71, of Branchland, WV passed away Monday May 8, 2017.
She was born April 5, 1946 at Lundale, WV, a daughter of the late Robert and Bertha Mae Dempsey Brickles. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sanders; daughter, Bertha Mae Arnold; granddaughter, Tonya Michelle Simpkins; brothers, Carlos Brickles and Dennie Brickles; sister, Georgie Paugh; great grandchildren, Morgan Paige and Mason Cole.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Simpkins (Wallace McCoy) and Debra Lynn Saul; two sons, William Robert Franklin Simpkins and James Eric Sanders; grandchildren, Brian Alan Simpkins, Rebecca Faye Lykins, Jamie Nichole Simpkins, William Robert Franklin Simpkins II, Maria Shantal Simpkins, Logan Sanders; brothers, Virgil Brickles and William Brickles; sisters, Maggie McCoy and Patty McCoy; 11 great grandchildren; and a very special friend, Keith Ellenson.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday May 12, 2017 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Lonnie Wilson officiating. The burial will follow in the Vance-Sanders Cemetery, Long Branch Road, Branchland, WV.
A visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
