Dennis Leo Cook, 78, surrounded by family and friends, died November 1, 2013 at CAMC Memorial after a sudden illness.

Hayes; his sister, Geneva Bailey of Lowell; brother, Bobby Cook and wife Becky of Beckley; and sister, Wilma Jean Jarrell and husband Ed of Hurricane; and a host of nieces and nephews.
