Derek Guerrant Craddock, 34, of Lake, WV passed away October 7, 2014 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
He was born in Logan, WV May 14, 1980 to Guerrant and Dale Aleshire Craddock.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sons, Braydon and Easton Craddock and their mother, Tyeisha Blackmon; sisters, Gretchen (Mark) Ball and Heather Packo (James Smith); nephew, Dakota Ball; and nieces, Brooke Ball and Kortni Packo.
Per his wishes there will be no service.
