Devon Allysyn Rush, age 35, of Huntington, West Virginia passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at her home.
Devon was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on April 15, 1980 and was raised in Huntington. She was the daughter of Edgar Rush and Pamela Dickens-Rush. She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic School and Huntington High School. Besides her parents, Devon leaves her cherished daughter, Pierson Rush; her sisters, Tarlie Robinson and Ashley Rush Zipperian; and brother-in-law, Ryan Zipperian. Devon also leaves behind many beloved cousins as well as her extended family members including her nieces, nephews, Aunt, and close friends.
Devon was a stunning woman who was also blessed with strength and intelligence. She was an excellent listener and a thoughtful confidante to anyone she encountered. She loved reading, watching films, and taking walks in her free time. She valued hard work and a sense of humor.
