Donna Lecia Ellis

Donna Lecia Ellis, 63, of Hewett WV, departed this life on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at CAMC Hospice of Charleston WV. Lecia was born October 27, 1961 in Madison WV, the daughter of late Virgil and Frances Ellis. She was also preceded in death by brothers Donald Ellis, Roy Ellis, and Carl Ellis; sisters Sherrie Prince and Rosie Green. Donna (Lecia) enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Those left to cherish her memory include her life partner Roger Collins of Hewett, WV; brothers Marvin Ellis of Hewett, WV, and Randy (Patty) Ellis of Dry Branch; special nieces Amy ( Dusty) Mayse of Hewett WV, Laverne (Robert) Blair of Hewett, WV; sister-in-law Barbara Ellis; special aunt Pauline Tacket; close family Tina (Jeremy) Kingery, Jeanie (Clyde) Estep, Amanda (Mark) Littell; five step-grandkids, Hunter and Emily Keathley, Preston Collins, Zack Littell and Braxton Estep; family friend Teddy Littell.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 22 with a visitation one hour prior to the service at Handley Funeral Home with Ralph Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at Family Gardens Low Gap, WV

Per Rogers request, please do not reserve flowers for him. The Pallbearers will be Preston Collins, Mark Littell, Clyde Estep, Hunter Keathley, Braxton Estep, Jeremy Kingery, Randy Ellis, Roy Prince, and Robert Green.
