He was born April 25, 1961 in Georgia, son of the late Delmar and Zella Patterson.
He is survived by two sons, Joseph Patterson and Michael Patterson; sisters, Mary Whitmore, Pam Rayburn, and Vicki Canterberry; and one brother, Michael Patterson.
