Drannon Lane Chambers, 70, of Pleasant Lake, Indiana formerly of Boone County passed away March 30, 2017.
He was born June 30, 1946 and was a son of the late Leonard B. and Mattie G. Baisden Chambers. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Larry W. Chambers; and sister, Carol Jean Kirby.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his brothers, Gregory E. Chambers of Danville and Don Buell Chambers of Pleasant Lake, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Sheena M. Chambers, Kimberly Chambers, Ann Trammell, Micheal Kirby, Patricia Searls, Charleen Linville, Randell Kirby and Dale Kirby.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Chambers Cemetery, Lick Creek, WV with military graveside rites performed by Daniel Boone VFW Post 5578, Madison, WV.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV.
