Edith Conley Hager, 88, of Van passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Trinity Nursing Home, Henlawson.
She was born May 8, 1926 on Rocky Branch in Logan County, WV and was a daughter of the late Roy V. and Hazel Dingess Conley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Grady E. Hager; brothers, Jack, James, Jerry and Jeff Conley; sisters, Nora Conley and Pearlene Conley Rogers; and her great nephew, Brian "Scotty" Ulbrich.
She was a homemaker and a member of Lory Julian Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Randy R. Hager, Mark O. Hager and Norman G. Hager all of Van; sister, Madlyn Sue Robison of Chapmanville; brother, John W. Conley of Chapmanville; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Minister Ralph Perry officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home..
