Eleanor Mae Cook, 83, of Foster, WV passed away Friday, October 18, 2013.
She was born May 19, 1930 and was a daughter of the late, Luther and Mattie Hadaway Gillham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John H. Cook Jr.; sister, Suzy Mezick; brothers, Milton, Marvin and Melvin Cheek; and sister, Ophelia Rodriguez.
She was a homemaker and a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by son, Billy (Stella) Wayne Cook; daughters, Alice (Donny) Nelson and Vicki (Tim) Turner; sisters, Jeanette Lewis and Nadine Peace; brother, Martin Cheek; brother-in-law William (Patsy) Cook; grandchildren, Donny Nelson, II, David Sheppard, Billy Cook Jr., Allison Taylor, Stephany Kirk, Jonathan Turner and Ashley Rockel; great-grandchildren, Zachariah, Jacob, Samuel, Summer, Jadence, Trenton, Macey and Garrison.
Services will be 12 p.m. noon Monday, October 21, 2013 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Randall Brogan officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
