Elsie Marie Frazier

Elsie Marie Frazier of Hamlin, WV formerly of Ranger won the battle and went home to be with the Lord at Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Wednesday August 7, 2013. She was born May 1, 1936 at Ranger, WV, a daughter of the late Bill and Louella McClellan Stephenson. She was a longtime member of Ranger Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Bryant McClellan, Jack Stephenson, Scott Stephenson, Hady McClellan and a sister Dorothy Adkins.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Frazier of Hamlin; daughter Debbie (Alan) Clay of Hamlin; special grandson, Brent (Alyssa) Winters of Midlothian, Va; sister, Pearl Brock of Ohio; brother-in-law, Frank (Wanda) Frazier of MI; sisters-in-law, Delcie Chambers and Elva Mears of IN and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday August 10, 2013 at Ranger Baptist Church, Ranger, WV with Bro. Alan Frye and Bro. Lucian Lambert officiating. Visitation will be from 6pm to 9pm Friday at the Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV and one hour prior to the funeral Saturday at the church.
A very special thank you to the wonderful staff of Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Their excellent care over the past 15 years kept Mom safe and comfortable. We could never thank them enough! Rest in Peace.
