Emery Jackson Bias, age 40, of Huntington, WV was born March 3, 1982 and passed away on April 2, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his father Emery “Jeff” Bias.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Stella and James Slack; siblings, Samantha (Shane) and Daniel (Tiffany); step-siblings, Teresa and James; daughters, Makayla and Emma; and companion Sonya Combs.
It was a blessing to know that he was in recovery and church for many months.
The family wants to thank St. Mary’s for the care they gave Emery.
Per his wishes he was cremated.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 25 at Billups Cemetery on Mud River Road off Corridor G, Danville, WV with Allen Skeens and the Rev. Stan Holmes officiating.
