Beloved wife, mother and grandmother,
Emma Alice Dolin, 88, of Foster,WV went to be with the Lord April 22nd, 2018
She was born to the late
Irvin Vanderbilt and Naoma Pearl Cabell, Dec 12th, 1929 in Wharton, WV.
Emma attended Van High School then graduated from Scott High School.
She married the late Noah Franklin Dolin in 1948.
Their first home was in Beckley, WV, before relocating to Rand.
They also lived in Rock Creek and Foster, WV.
As a newlywed, Emma was a switchboard operator who later became wife, mother and business partner of Chemical Valley and Hardware with her husband, Frank.
She is survived by her children,
Beverly Ann Cook,
Rhonda Lee Badenhorst, Mark Anthony Dolin and Elaine Francis Dolin and preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Sue Dolin.
She was survived by grandchildren, Summer Cook, Ashley Shea Badenhorst, Max Franklin Dolin and Kole Alexander Dolin.
Also survived by siblings, Norvell “Chub” Cabell and Sharon Riggleman and preceded in death by her sister Roma Cabell Gibson and brother, Elgie Cabell.
There will be a memorial service at 1:00, April 30th at the Fountain Of Life Worship Center, Rock Creek, 301 Daniel Boone Parkway followed by the funeral proceedings.
Graveside services will follow at Memory Gardens, Low Gap, WV.
