Faye Delores Price

Faye Delores Price, 95, of Julian, WV passed away Thursday, September 28, 2023 at her home.

She was born January 30, 1928 a daughter of the late Ersel and Sarah Adkins.  She was also preceded in death by her brother Raymond Adkins; sister Ada Holstein; and former husbands Lloyd Guy and Jack Grimes.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Price; stepsons, Terry (Deneaise) Price of Danville, WV and Larry (Cathy) Price of West Point, VA; sister, Barbara Jarrell of Scott Depot, WV; two step-grandchildren, Sara (Jeff) and Brett (Christina); nieces and nephews, Sharon (Rodney) Saunders of Florissant, CO, Jeff (Joyce) Jarrell of Columbus, OH, Jennifer Jarrell of South Charleston, WV and Chris (Melody) Jarrell of Hurricane, WV; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.

Faye was a Christian and follower of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  She was active in church from an early age including teaching Sunday school, Women's Bible study groups and other ministries.  She also volunteered for Boone Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

The family would like to express a very special thank you to Kathy, Brenda, and Becky for their care of Faye.

A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 4 at Memory Gardens on Low Gap Road, Madison, WV with Pastor Josh Clay and Rev. Tom Bias officiating.
