Floyd Elvis Estep, 78, of Ranger, WV went home to be with his Lord on January 25, 2018. He was born September 22, 1939 at Ross Hollow, son of the late Ocie and Nova McCoy Estep. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Lester and Haskell Howard Estep.
He was an Army veteran, a retired construction worker for local 543, and was a member of Aarons Creek Community Church.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Estep; three sisters, Madeline (Delaney) Wellman of Midkiff, WV, Juanita (James) Beaty, and Pam (Haskell) Nelson both of Ranger; three sons, Duane (Christy) Estep of Branchland, Craig (Kellie) Estep of Ranger, and James (Kelli) Estep of Culloden; daughter, Karen Estep of Salem, Oregon; grandchildren, Trenton Puskorius, Hilary Ruggles, Hali Baker, Nicholas Ruggles, Shane Estep, Garrett Estep, Kaitlyn Estep, McKenzie Estep, Chelsea Northrup, and Baleigh Estep; and two great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 28 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin with Junior Steward and Mike Vance officiating. Burial will follow in Adkins Cemetery, Ranger.
