Gary Michael Johnson, 50, of Jeffrey WV passed away November 13, 2014 at Boone Memorial Hospital, Madison.
He was born in Madison on April 12, 1964 to the late Jim and Hazel (Burgess) Johnson.
He is survived by his son, Shannon Johnson of Madison; daughter, Staci (Brett) Hensley of Madison; brothers, Jimmy (Karen) Johnson of Hewett, Ronnie (Donna) Johnson and Terry Johnson both of Jeffrey; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Per the family’s wishes there will be no service.
