Gary Webb

Gary Lynn "Wid" Webb, 89 of Ranger, WV passed away Saturday April 22, 2023 at home after a long illness. He was born August 3, 1933 a son of the late Wayne and Florence Smith Webb. He was a coal miner. He was also preceded in death by his wife Anita Sue Webb; brothers James “Pete” Webb, Wendell “Dickie” Webb, Doyle “Prout” Webb, and Daris “Babe” Webb.

He is survived by his son, Jamie (Carol) Webb; daughter, Nancy Workman; grandchildren, Jamie Webb II, Jeremy Webb, Stephen Workman, and Cassie Workman and Steven (Amanda); great grandchildren, Trinity Webb, Madison Webb, Addison Daniels, Charlotte Workman and Savannah Workman and; sisters-in-law Brenda Webb, and Kay Webb; brother-in-law Larry; nieces Doris Webb, Patsy Perry, Karen Webb, Amanda Sova, Bonita P. Compton, Melony (Steve) Buyers; nephews Craig Webb, Roger Perry, Wendell Perry, Scott Webb, Mike Webb, Roger, Wendell and William Perry, Steve (Connie) Webb; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday April 26, 2023 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home West Hamlin, WV with Joey Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow at Webb Cemetery Ranger, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
