Gladys May Williams, 77, of Chapmanville, formerly of Hewett passed away Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Heartland of Charleston Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Charleston.
She was born May 30, 1936 at Hewett and was a daughter of the late John and Ida Dent. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Silmer Dent, Braxtol Dent, Truman Dent, Sherman Dent, Shirley Dent, Adria Nichols, Hazel Barker Howard Dent and Norman Dent.
She is survived by her husband, Clarence Williams; son, Marvin Allen Dent and his wife Teri; granddaughters, Christina Hummell and Amanda Bahr; and sister, Jewell Bonham.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Dent Cemetery, Meadow Fork, Hewett, WV with Michael Dent officiating.
