Harold Eugene “Gene” Sanders, Jr., 57, of Danville was born November 22, 1956 and died May 17, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Eugene Sanders, Sr.
He was a coal miner and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by two sons, Herman (Teryan) Sanders and Travis Sanders; mother, Helen Sanders; two sisters, Debra (Phil) Harless of Madison and Donna (Kenneth) Dolin also of Madison; and two grandchildren, Haleigh and Alyssa Sanders.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 22 at Family Gardens, Low Gap Road, Madison, WV.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home, Danville.
