Helen Virginia (Jenny) White, 83, of Bim, WV went home to be with the Lord on March 29th, 2020. Her devotion to and firm belief in the Lord comforted both her and her family until her departure.
Jenny was born to the late Cecil and Sarah Pauley, in Clothier, WV on August 17, 1936. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother and Christian, Jenny was employed with the USPS and co-owned and operated the family’s business, White’s Restaurant, in Bim, WV. She held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. She was immersed in the Christian community and was a member of the Bim Freewill Baptist Church congregation. Jenny was highly devoted to both her faith and her family.
Jenny was blessed with a large and loving family. She married William “Billy” White on July 17th, 1953 in Bim, WV. Alongside Billy, she raised her five children in the Bim, WV area. From the beginning, she dedicated her children to God and encouraged them to raise their own families in church.
Jenny is survived by her devoted husband Billy White of Bim, WV; her daughter and son-in-law Rhonda and Bill Farley; her daughter Emily (Gaye) Price; her daughter and son-in-law Beverly and Benny Vance; her son and daughter-in-law Stefen and Vickie White; her daughter and son-in-law Valerie and Robert Perry; her grandchildren Stephen Price, Sarah Hines, Cliffton Wallace, Joshua Price, Isaac Wallace, Meghan Bennett, Brent Vance, Jordan Vance, Hannah Perry, Dusty Vance, Noah White, Jacob Perry, Amelia White, Joey Perry; a host of great-grand children; her sister Nancy Pauley, and her special niece Deborah “Deb” Daniels.
In addition to her aforementioned parents, she is preceded in death by her son-in-law Stephen “Steve” Price; her brothers Charles “Slick” Pauley and Bill Pauley; her sisters Bernice Pauley, Betty Poe, and Ann Browder.
Jenny will be dearly missed by her friends, family, and loved ones, who celebrate her life knowing that she is now at peace with her Lord and Savior.
A private service for Jenny will be held at the Bim Freewill Baptist Church on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020, with a private viewing for family beginning at 12:30. A burial service at Green Cemetery will follow and will be officiated by Mark Meeker and Scottie Elswick.
