Herbert L. Brown, 73, of Alkol, WV passed away November 9, 2013.
He was born July 20, 1940 in Boone County, WV to the late Willard and Nannie Green Brown.
He was a retired coal miner and a veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; daughters, Gail Meade and Tammy Smith both of Cleveland, OH, Carla Norvell of Charleston, Cathy Mortach of Cleveland, Tina Lenz of Oleary, OH and Peggy Crow of Missouri; sons, Dale Brown of Missouri and Jim Brown of North Carolina; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four sisters; and one brother.
There will be no services per his wishes.
