Howard Clayton Lawson

Howard Clayton Lawson 85, of Hamlin, WV passed away Sunday August 10, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born May 29, 1929 a son of the late Sherman and Henrietta Hale Lawson. He was a foreman for R. H. Adkins Gas Co. He was also preceded in death by his wife Anne Lawson; brothers and sisters, Garcia Lawson, James Lawson, Oscar Lawson, Ruth Linville, Bessie Bradshaw, Juanita Browning, Bertie Miller, Inez Lovejoy Heinicke, and Richard Lawson.

He is survived by his son Michael Lawson and his brother Odell Lawson, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday August 13, 2014 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV with Ronnie Linville, Kevin Shull and Dave Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park, Hamlin.

A visitation will be one hour prior to service on Wednesday.
