Hubert Jessie Clay

 Hubert Jessie Clay, 78, of Branchland, WV died Monday November 18, 2024. He was born July 4, 1946, a son of the late Manuel and Agusta Clay. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and Gardening. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 50 years Shirley Mae Clay; and two brothers, Edward and Harold Clay.

 He is survived by his children, LaDonna Clay Johnson (Tim), Hubert Jessie Clay Jr., David Lee Clay (Gina), Andy Ray Clay (Diana), Jennifer Anna Terry(Greg); Siblings, Duane, Timmy, Bobby, Laura, Vickie and Joyce; 14 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

 Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday November 21, 2024 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Tom Frye officiating. The burial will follow in the Watson Cemetery, Branchland, WV. A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral. Condolences can be left at www.handleyfh.com.
