Ida Mae Bias, 84, of Peytona, WV passed away July 20, 2021 at the Marmet Center in Marmet, WV.
She was born April 21, 1937 to the late Emery and Sarah Lovejoy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Dean Bias; brothers Ward Lovejoy and Donald Lovejoy; sisters Ruby Lovejoy, Betty Hager, Rebel Lovejoy and Doshel Lovejoy; sons Gary Lee Bias and Emery J. Bias; and daughter Donna Plumley.
She is survived by sons, Billy Bias and Rex Bias all of Peytona, WV; daughters in law, Debbie Bias of Peytona, WV and Kathy Bias of Alkol, WV; brothers, Ronnie “Romey” (Denise) Lovejoy of Spurlocksville, WV, David (Judy) Lovejoy of Spurlocksville, WV, Michael (Lisa) Lovejoy of Palermo, WV, James Taylor (Lorettie) Lovejoy of Fez, WV, Lawerence (Darlene) Lovejoy of Culloden, WV and Willis “Shorty” (Rita) Lovejoy of Alkol, WV; sisters, Cora Lee Lovejoy of Yawkey, WV and “Sissy” Lilly Bias of Danville, WV; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2021 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Alan Skeens officiating. Burial will follow in Billups Cemetery, Mud River, WV.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
