James E. Lambert, 72 of Madison, WV passed away, Sunday, November 8, 2015 at home.
He leaves to mourn, his wife of 51 years, Mary Nadine Lambert and family. He was the son of the late Leroy F. and Myrtle L. Lambert. He was preceded in death by sister, Ocie Connolly and brothers, Leroy F. Jr. and Richard D. Lambert.
He is survived by a sister, Donna J.( late husband Jim) Mullins of Madison, brother, Jack L. Lambert (Edna Rae) of Charleston, SC, daughter, Jami E. Green (Greg) of Hurricane and sons, James E. Lambert Jr. ( Alicia) of Julian and Mark R. Lambert of Morgantown, granddaughters, Johnna and Sara Green and Emily Lambert, grandsons, Brett, Ryker and Pierce Lambert, and great grandchildren, Braddix Lambert and Ali Lambert, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was a 1961 graduate of Scott High School and United States Marine Corp and veteran of the Vietnam War. He was retired from Beth Energy Eagle Nest mines after 25 years.
There will be a graveside service at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Boone Memorial Park, Madison with military honors.
