James W. Pauley

James w. (Bill) Pauley 89, passed away on July 30, 2023. James was born on August 3, 1933 in Madison, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert E. Pauley and Bessie Carver Pauley; two brothers Dee Pauley and Raymond Pauley; two sisters Elizabeth Sullivan and Ova Schultz.

Bill served in the Korean War with an honorable discharge in 1961. He worked out of State for a while then came back home to work underground as a beltman which he loved. All his co-workers said he could outwork any of them.

Uncle Bill will be missed by all his family and friends.

Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, August 18 at New Harvest Church of the Nazarene, Madison, WV with Ginger Dial officiating with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
