Jason Dale Hager, 42, of Madison passed away suddenly on March 20, 2020 at Boone Memorial Hospital.
He was born September 27, 1977 at Boone Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents Retta and Johnny Ray Hager; sister, Kelly Hager; and a great-nephew Johnathon Cole Lewis Hager.
He is survived by his children, Ashley and Aaron Browning of Orgas, Drew Hager, and Aaron (Paige) Hager of Mud River; sister, Kathleen and David Smith of Uneeda; brothers, Johnny (Tonya) Hager II of Danville, Jermey and Justin Hager of Turtle Creek; and grandchildren, Mason and Asher Hager and Kamden Browning of Orgas.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He like hunting, fishing and collecting War things.
As per his wishes there will be no service or memorial.
Handley Funeral Home in Danville assisted the family.
