Jeffrey Scott Crawford
May 31, 1975 — April 20, 2019
Jeffrey Scott Crawford, 43, of Wharton WV, recently passed away after a long battle with diabetes.
He is survived by his daughter, Madelyn of Winfield WV; his parents, Bobby and Debbie Crawford; brother, Michael (Tanner) Crawford of Lynchburg, VA; sister, Amanda (Josh) Turner of Uneeda, WV; his niece and favorite gaming partner, Molly Turner. He also left his “advisor aunt” Betty Lou; niece and nephew, Cody and Hannah. He has many aunts and uncles and loads of cousins left behind with memories of special family times.
Jeff was an avid sports fan and could be heard cheering on his beloved Duke Blue Devils! College basketball has lost a true fan!
Visitation will be Thursday, April 25, from 5-7 p.m. at Barrett Church of the Nazarene. A short service will follow with Reverend Scottie Elswick.
The entire Crawford family would like to express their gratitude for the love and kindness that has been extended to them throughout this time of grief. We enjoy our community of friends and family and appreciate the support from everyone just as we know Jeff would!
