Jerry Lee Perry, 76, of Danville passed away May 15, 2016 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
He was born March 4, 1940 and was born to the late Arnold and Nora Bryant Perry. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Fay, Trudy, Paul, Cecil, Athlene and Harold.
He is survived by his fiancée, Ida Ellis; children, Patricia Cummings of Mud River, Robert L. Perry (Diane) of Kansas City, MO and David W. Perry (Jeanne) of Hammond, LA; stepdaughters, Pamela Ward and Sheila Ackerman; siblings, Joyce Hall, Loretta (Lonnie) Cornett and Glendal (Pamela) Walls of Texas; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with the Rev. Roger McCauley officiating. Burial will follow in Family Gardens, Madison.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
